In response to the worries of Indian online vendors, the e-commerce enablement SaaS platform Unicommerce has introduced “UniGPT,” an artificial intelligence platform. With this launch, Unicommerce enters the AI space and aims to support retail businesses in a more efficient way.
“In this journey of enabling businesses, we are thrilled to launch a pilot of our first AI-enabled platform, UniGPT,” said Unicommerce’s CEO Kapil Makhija in a press release. “It’s our initiative to empower businesses with a deeper understanding of technology for informed decision-making.”
Unicommerce is certain that merchants will be able to get the answers to their inquiries on the efficient use of technology with UniGPT. In order to support sellers in achieving their internal business objectives, the platform will also offer insights into industry trends.
Through UniGPT, Unicommerce can access the content collection that the company has amassed over the last ten years. These consist of annual industry studies, technological support pages, and workflows that outline how easily its products can be used.
In the September quarter of 2023, Unicommerce revealed an annual transaction run rate of US $ 750 million or more. The company handles orders from more than 1,900 businesses and oversees more than 8,000 warehouses. In preparation for its anticipated first public offering, the company has also submitted its draft red herring prospectus to the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
