Canada-based Jesta I.S, a provider of integrated software solution for wholesalers and retailers, has released the latest version of its Vision CRM solution integrated with AI.
The inaugural launch of the platform powered by Snowflake and Tableau was in January 2020.
The vision analytic CRM solution delivers agile and actionable insights on customers cross different channels.
The latest update version now includes interactive dashboard that comes integrated with pre-crunched customer segments that enable fast, immediate, out-of-the-box analysis.
Users will be able to select filters like total number of orders, products returned and ordered, average order value, etc., for deeper individual shoppers insights.
The solution will also empower the retailers to curate the services and interaction based on the channels and other factors like demographics, product specification, shopping behaviour and customer lifetime value.
