There Was One! That’s Farfetch’s new own label that is primarily aimed at eco-conscious shoppers.
The London-based womenswear brand has been designed in conjunction with New Guards Group (NSG), the renowned luxury fashion producer from Italy.
Living up to its commitment of offering sustainable apparels, Farfetch has used certified environment-friendly materials.
That’s not all!
The brand has committed to reduce production wherever possible by operating on a drop model – rather than seasonal – and shipping to customers with minimal packaging, which is compostable or recyclable.
The autumn collection, which was unveiled yesterday (20 October 2021), comprises 69 pieces – at prices starting from £65 for a ribbed jersey racer-back tank top to £915 for a long double-breasted button-front coat.
An elated Holli Rogers, Chief Brand Officer, averred “There Was One is exactly what so many people are looking for now: enduring fashion that will be in their closets for years to come.”
Holli added that the new collection was born out of the customer-first approach of Farfetch that blended beautifully with NSG’s strong fashion credentials.
It will be interesting to see the response to the new collection that has all the probability of being a winner.
