Khadim has expanded its partnership with Fynd to migrate its 260-store network onto Fynd Store OS, as the footwear retailer strengthens its omnichannel retail operations across India.
The rollout marks the full-scale expansion of a collaboration that began in August 2022 and brings together store operations, customer relationship management (CRM) support and marketplace commerce onto a unified digital platform.
Fynd, an AI-native retail technology firm backed by Reliance Retail Ventures Limited, stated that the implementation enables Khadim to independently manage store profile updates, employee mapping, registrations, discounts, promotional offers and operational configurations.
The platform has also been integrated with Khadim’s retail management system (RMS), allowing smoother order processing, invoice updates, visibility and tracking across operations.
To support adoption across the retail network, Fynd is conducting refresher training sessions, readiness assessments, performance reviews and store-level operational tracking for Khadim’s teams. The platform additionally supports promotional activities such as prepaid order discounts, delivery charge configurations and gift-based offers.
Ragini Varma, CBO – India, Fynd, stated that scaling omnichannel operations across a large retail network requires strong technology integration, process discipline and effective store-level adoption. She added that the partnership with Khadim is focused on creating a more self-sufficient operating model through Store OS migration, RMS integration, training support and platform handover.
Kaushik Dutta, AGM – Sales, Khadim, stated that the retailer was seeking a platform capable of simplifying operational workflows, improving store adoption and enabling teams to manage day-to-day operations more independently. He added that the implementation of Fynd Store OS has strengthened the company’s ability to manage workflows efficiently and support digital commerce expansion across its retail network.
According to the companies, the next phase of the partnership will focus on central support enablement, warehouse dispute reconciliation and further automation initiatives aimed at building a more independent omnichannel operating model for Khadim.
