Realising the huge potential of compact yarns, a growing high-value segment for Indian spinners, A.T.E. has tied-up with Ningbo Dechang Precision Textile Machinery, China, to bring the company’s range of high quality compact spinning systems. One of the leading compact conversion manufacturers, Dechang is known for its high quality equipment which is based on suction and perforated nylon apron concept and can install its entire compact systems on almost all makes of ring frames. The Chinese pioneer has already installed 2 million spindles in China and more than 5,00,000 spindles in the rest of the world. A.T.E. will maintain a stock of critical and important components like lattice aprons, suction tubes and gear box assemblies for the compact yarn system.
Further extending its capabilities as a complete solution provider for the apparel and textile industry, A.T.E. has tied up with Softech Controls, a part of the 110-year experienced Cotmac Group, India’s largest automation supplier. Softech Controls specializes in manufacturing control panels for operating almost all kinds of machinery for the textile industry. If the textile machines are in sound mechanical condition but have old controls, a range of retrofits and upgrades comprising hardware and software from A.T.E. and Softech can significantly improve the performance of these machines with a minimum investment.
In another development, A.T.E. has now also been entrusted with the responsibility of handling post-sale services for machines of Goller Textile Machinery. Already handling the sales of finishing machines from Goller, this tie-up makes A.T.E. a one-stop shop solution provider for all existing and prospective customers of Goller in India. Goller offers wide range of machinery for woven fabrics and knits that cover everything from desizing to the final washing.
