
At the Qatar CSR Summit, the renowned CSR Award for Exemplary Corporate Social Responsibility in the Retail category was presented to Apparel Group, a top retailer of fashion and leisure products. The summit was hosted by Qatar University and was attended by Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, the country of Qatar’s prime minister and minister of foreign affairs. The Qatar National Programme served as host for the awards gala dinner, which honoured companies for their remarkable commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR).
The conference gathered CSR specialists and professionals to discuss integrating environmental, social, and economic objectives into organisational operations. Throughout the summit, Apparel Group actively pushed its CSR initiatives, encouraging transformative learning and the sharing of industry best practises.
