Supply chain solutions provider Prozo has expanded its infrastructure in Hyderabad with the launch of a new multi-client fulfilment centre in Medchal, as part of its broader growth strategy in South India.
The newly operational facility spans 1,04,524 sq.ft. and follows the companyβs recent expansion in Bengaluru. With this addition, Prozoβs Hyderabad network now comprises nine warehouses and fulfilment centres, covering a combined area of approximately 6.5 lakh sq.ft. Across South India, the company operates 26 fulfilment centres with a total warehousing footprint of around 17 lakh sq.ft.
The Medchal location has been strategically selected for its connectivity advantages. Situated along NH-44 on Hyderabadβs northern corridor, the facility has direct access to the Outer Ring Road, enabling efficient intercity freight movement as well as last-mile delivery across the Greater Hyderabad region.
According to the India Warehousing Market 2025 report by Knight Frank India, Medchal accounted for 60% of Hyderabadβs warehousing transactions in 2025, making it the cityβs most active logistics submarket. The report further noted that Hyderabad recorded 3.4 million sq ft of warehousing transactions during the year, with Grade A facilities contributing 55% of the total.
The fulfilment centre will operate using advanced warehouse management systems that enable real-time inventory tracking, multi-client operations, and adherence to operational and safety standards. Designed to handle both business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) operations, the facility forms part of Prozoβs ongoing capacity expansion in the region.
Ashvini Jakhar, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Prozo, stated that South India remains a strategic priority for the company, adding that the back-to-back expansions in Bengaluru and Hyderabad reflect this commitment. He further noted that the Medchal facility would enable Prozo to support high-velocity commerce markets with greater precision, reliability and operational scale, while also catering to the growing demand for multi-channel fulfilment capabilities. He added that the company intends to expand in line with Hyderabadβs growing commercial and industrial base.
Over the past year, Prozo has increased investments in technology, including artificial intelligence-based demand forecasting, service-level agreement monitoring, automated reporting, and integrated order management systems. The Medchal facility is fully integrated with these capabilities.
The companyβs client portfolio includes major brands such as Reliance Industries, TMRW, Tira, Traya, Minimalist, Beardo, Neemans, Comet Shoes, Bata, Relaxo, and Caprese. The new facility is expected to support both existing clients expanding in the region and new brands joining Prozoβs fulfilment network.
