American sportswear brand Tracksmith has revealed its plans to expand to the UK.
The new store – located at London’s Marylebone – is spread over an area of 1,700 square feet.
To be launched later this month, the space spans two floors that include a patio garden and a coffee bar.
The store will initially open as a pop-up from 30 September to 7 October, before reopening as a permanent store sometime in late November.
Tracksmith, notably, sells apparels such as T-shirts, sweatshirts, jackets and shorts, with retail prices ranging from £ 16 for socks to £ 360 for jackets.
More on the expansion outside the US, Matt Taylor, Co-founder and CEO, Tracksmith, said “The UK is our second biggest global market and it’s growing rapidly. We expect it to surpass the Canada market 18 to 24 months after the new store opens.
Canada is presently Tracksmith’s largest international market.
Founded in 2014, Tracksmith currently has a store in Boston, which also serves as a community hub known as the ‘trackhouse’, hosting runs and workouts.
