Arvind Fashions Ltd. has announced that Anurag Pandey, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of its Footwear division, has resigned from his position due to personal reasons.
According to the company’s regulatory filing, Pandey’s resignation will be effective from the close of business hours on September 30. The company has accepted his resignation but has not yet announced a successor.
Anurag Pandey is a footwear and fashion retail executive with over 16 years of experience in brand management and business leadership.
At Arvind Fashions Limited, he spent more than eight years in multiple leadership roles, including Business Director, Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of the Footwear Business, and most recently CEO of the Footwear & Accessories Business.
In this role, he led the company’s footwear portfolio, overseeing brands such as the U.S. Polo Assn., Cole Haan, Arrow and Flying Machine, with responsibility for business strategy, operations, growth and brand expansion.Β
Before joining Arvind Fashions, he held senior leadership positions at Major Brands India (ALDO India), Bata India (Hush Puppies), Madura Fashion & Lifestyle, and Future Group.
