Through6, on-demand, full cut & sewn vertical manufacturing facility specialising in innovative sublimation and DTG apparel, is expanding to Sanford, a high-tech manufacturing community in the Raleigh area of central North Carolina.
Based in California, Through6 has been helping manufacturers with a new revenue stream that eliminates the need to have inventory and long lead times.
Moreover, the company’s vertical model technology platform further allows brands to be more responsive to market need.
Expressing delight at welcoming Through6, Amy Dalrymple, County Commission chair, said “Their high tech process will bring back cut and sew operations to our community, which will help providing great new jobs and returning Made-in-the-USA clothing to our local product line-up.”
Recently, the company extended its production efforts for the manufacturing of face masks and other PPE coverings in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, to allow its customers to fulfil the global surge in the demand of PPE equipment due to the outbreak of pandemic.
Furthermore, the new office and manufacturing facility in Sanford will help in creation of 100 new jobs in the region including technologists, sewing operators, warehouse personnel, etc.
