Richpeace Launches Computerized Quilting & Embroidery Machine

The Computerized Quilting & Embroidery Machine [RPQ-E1-424(T)] comes with three servo motors, respectively driving X-axis, Y-axis and the main shaft unlike other machines which use two common X/Y servo motors. The quilting and embroidery machine can adapt to the high-speed operation and precision for embroidery. The use of highest quality Q235 steel grade increases the life expectancy 3-5 times to that of ordinary machinery.

Richpeace RPQ-E1-424(T) computerized machine has some special features which includes embroidering 4-colours at a time when mostly 3-colours are embroidered. At present, even 6-colour embroidery machine is also available in Richpeace. The machine has automatic thread trimming, thus avoiding cumbersome hand cut and save huge human cost. The machine runs at a speed of up to 800-1000 RPM and stores up to 500 patterns, which is enough for basic order requirements.
