Developors, manufacturers and distributors of industrial and household sewing machines, Juki Corporation of Japan recently launched two newly-developed – extra high-speed automatic serging machine – ASN-690 series; and Feed-off the-arm, 3-Needle, Double Chainstitch machine – MS-3580 series.
ASN-690 machine helps in serging various materials which differ in shape, besides varying its stitching speed. It gives high productivity and maintains consistent seam quality. The cloth guide for guiding the material can easily be adjusted in height and does not allow fabric getting into any kind of trouble. The machine comes in two different sizes depending on the size of the table.
The MS-3580 machine is best suited for the lapping of heavy-weight materials such as jeans, denim jackets and work uniforms. It has the power for not only feeding 16-plied 14-oz denim but also sew soft material jeans. When sewing elastic materials like soft jeans, higher quality sewing is produced by operating the differential feed adjusting lever.
