The quality of process and finishing of garment fabric has been counted as the weakest link in the chain for providing quality garments. But lately things have changed with big and small manufacturers installing latest dyeing and processing equipments from the stable of well-established international companies. Italy-based Flainox, is one of the latest entrants into India with highly innovative machines for dyeing and finishing.
Flainox, has been operating in the dyeing and finishing plant and machinery construction sector for 4 decades now. The company specializes in rotary dye extractors for garments, socks, hosiery and seamless products made of cotton, polyamide and polyester.
With the growing need for quality processing in the country, Janaksons International has recently entered a tie up with Flainox to become exclusive agents to represent the company in India. The initial introduction of Flainox will be done through a catalogue show at ITME in Bangalore. Technical experts from Flainox will brief visitors about its machines EVO-2, NRP/HT and Multifinish.
The models NRP/HT and EVO-2 are among its latest and most innovative rotary dyeing machines for piece goods, seamless and bathmats. The range of high temperature “NRP/HT” rotary machines permit the dyeing of 100% polyester and is available in the capacities of 90 and 180 kg, with a maximum working temperature of 135 0C.
The EVO-2 is available with both high and low pressure in capacities of 60, 120 and 180 m. kgs. Machine having drum capacity of 3000 lit. can perform well at 105 0C temperature. The bivalent working conditions of EVO-2 has enabled it to work according to the substrate with/without material immersed into water. It also provides a special drum design at 3 beaters with accurate polishing. A tilting machine helps in automatic unloading of garments.

The model “MULTIFINISH” handles fabrics in rope form and can also perform dried treatments with/without steam injection. The machine has three different working positions, which involves three separate ropes, single ropes and roll to roll. To achieve results Multifinish works under controlled AIR pressure in the venturi pipes. There is no beating to the fabrics, neither squeezing of it is required. It is available in the capacities of 240/320 kg, 360/480 kg and 440/580 kg.
Very much concerned with the quality of the equipments, the company also keeps tab on the environmental concerns, like water and energy conservation. These issues are addressed to the core of its product. Janaksons International has been a leading technology solution provider to the Indian textile industry for more than 2 decades. The company also represents Japanese company, Shima Seiki, which manufactures flat knitting and seamless machines, and CAD/CAM technology for the knitted product line.
