High Speed, Multi-colour, Multi-head Embroidery Machine
The major concern with any large-scale commercial embroidery machine is the endurance of the machine as a whole and that of its spare parts. The machine operates on a three-phase servo motor which has substantially reduced the noise and power consumption while empowering the machine to have better accuracy and precision while handling the embroidery frame even at 1000 revolutions per minute. Equipped with features like automatic colour-change, automatic thread trimming, multi-lingual LCD display, thread breakage detector and limit function, the embroidery machine can store up to 200 designs and 10,00,000 stitches of 0.1 to 12.7 mm stitch length, available in a total of 20 variants ranging from 6 to 20 machine heads and 6 to 9 needles per head. The designing solution software is capable to edit features like pantograph condensation, deleting and duplication and performance of repetition, etc. For data transfer a 3.5” floppy drive for compatibility with Tajima and Barudan based design formats, has been inbuilt.

DY-M Series Cap Embroidery Machine
The area of concern while choosing a cap embroidery machine is the frame width offered by the machine due to the high-degree of product variability, and in case of Dayu this aspect has been dealt well, with the machine offering frame widths ranging from 360 mm x 75 mm to 400 mm x 430 mm. The machine is compatible with a sequin attachment device, cording device with the ability to create six variants of the cording rope ranging from 1.2 to 2.2 mm and boring device for carving the eyelet in the cap.
DY-J Series Double Sequin Machine Head
Operating on a Panasonic servo motor, the sequin embroidery machine produces fine quality sequin-attachment at the maximum speed of 850 sequins per minute. The machine is available in two variants of 20 heads with 6 needles and 22 heads with 6 to 9 needles per head. Simple to operate, the machine is inbuilt with features like Automatic Thread Holding, Thread Trimming, Sequin Colour Change and Thread Breakage Sensor.

DY-W Series Appliqué Embroidery Machine
The quality offered by the appliqué embroidery machine is solely dependent on the lever-driver and thread-catcher mechanism of the machine, which impart the 3D effect to the design by enhancing the steep that is provided to the design and both these technical features work in sync to produce the best and consistent quality. The machine, besides from having regular features like automatic thread trimming, automatic thread-colour change, built-in-rotary type thread break sensors, has some very useful features to help produce quality appliqué work such as built-in-spring type upper thread break sensors with error-code display screens, automatic offset for appliqué & emblems, automatic recovery of the design in cases of power failure and pre-schedules system maintenance tests. The machine utilizes a 3 phase micro division X/Y driver and a Japanese-servo motor for the main shaft. It can store up to 50,00,000 stitches, however the memory can be extended to store an additional 20,00,000 stitches. The machine is available in two variants of 1 and 6 heads with 9 needles per head.
DY-New Towel and Front Plant Embroidery Machine
Based on common flat embroidery machines, the new towel device machines products developed by Dayu is far ahead of traditional towel machines, as due to its lock-style embroidery, feedback control feature, automatic presser foot lift-up mechanism, satin stitch compensation and alternate head selector , the product’s quality is reliable, solid, always on the mark and dimensionally stable. The towel embroidery machine provides automatic colour change feature of up to 99 times in any sequence and along with the defect detection mechanism variety and quality are both ensured. The new machine is very cost-effective and high on productivity when compared to chain-style traditional towel embroidery machines, as it can reach the speed of 1000 rotations per minute (RPM) for basic embroidery and 750 RPM for 6-colour chenille embroidery, the production is enhanced significantly. The machine has the capability of storing 99 designs and 10,00,000 embroidery stitches. While running on a Sanyo motor for the main shaft and a 3 phase micro division X/Y driver, the machine has a 9-12 inch LCD option.
