The Uster Hairiness technology in Uster Tester 6, which combines Sensor HL and Sensor OH, makes it a preferred technology by the spinner and knitting yarn producers in Bangladesh, informs the manufacturer. The Sensor HL completely evaluates the hairiness at high-speed for Hairiness Length Classification based on protruding fibre lengths. Sensor HL combined with Sensor OH provides a complete hairiness analysis, providing the best possible assurance against quality claims. Uster Tester 6 also introduces new features like rapid fault-tracing and quality management, which reduces the downtime and optimizes quality in yarns and fabrics.
