
AMARO, online direct to consumer fashion brand based in Sao Pualo, Brazil, has invested in a Product Lifecycle Management solution in order to synchronize its operations as well as to boost speed to market. It is the first brand in the country to successfully implement Centric’s PLM solution.
AMARO delivers products from design to sale with a lead time above market average. With the successful implementation of Centric solution, it will be able to synchronize planning, design, and development of the product ranges even more.
The brand was founded in 2012, it primarily sells through its website and mobile apps, and also has 15 bricks-and-mortar ‘Guide Shops’ across Brazil, where customers can try-on sample clothing and order products for delivery from a central inventory.
The brand hopes to reduce the costs as well as time-lines due to smooth access to information and the ability to negotiate more effectively with the suppliers.
