
The sixth edition of the World Cotton Research Conference (WCRC), organized under the auspices of the International Cotton Researchers Association (ICRA), an entity that represents cotton researchers throughout the world, will take place in Goiânia, Brazil from June 20-24, 2016. The conference will bring together vast experiences in production systems, latest developments in cotton research and include conferences and panel discussions in plenary and concurrent sessions. Luiz Renato Zapparoli, President of the WCRC organizing committee said, “The event will be a great opportunity for researchers to present the results of their work, expand and strengthen their professional contact network and learn about the most important research done in the world.” The International Cotton Advisory Committee (ICAC), CABI, FAO and CIRAD are sponsoring the conference.
