
Indian textile and apparels industry’s increased focus on product development can be easily noticed nowadays. Entire supply chain seems more active on innovations and fresh offerings. Vardhman Textile Limited, one of the biggest textile conglomerates of India has launched 360 new shades in ‘Rangoli’ (mélange yarns) and product folder – ‘Expressions’. A big support to the industry with more options to play with, Rangoli now has almost 1,500 shades.

Many apparel and home furnishing exporters, top buying houses and yarn suppliers applauded the new launch and gave interesting feedback and suggestions. Enthralled with the market demand and new launch, Neeraj Jain, JMD & Head (Yarn Business) and Vijay Puniyani, Senior VP – Marketing, Vardhman Textile Limited assured the industry that Vardhman will keep focusing on such developments and also consider their suggestions.

“Snow, Jaspe, etc. are the yarns which have lot of scope to create new development with, by mixing different colours and giving different kinds of effects. Our new colour card has all these kinds of swatches. We are very much sure that the industry will like it. We are developing our team further and strengthening our design studio so that we can constantly offer new developments to the industry,” told Vijay Puniyani to exclusively Apparel Resources. He also indicated that in the coming years, BCI cotton will be more in demand. Additionally, business partners of Vardhman Textile Limited from across the nation were honoured by the company on this occasion.
