Groz-Beckert, leading name for industrial sewing needle, witnessed a good number of visitors from around the world during the recently held ITMA, 2019, Barcelona, Spain.
The company received a total of 6,500 international visitors from 94 different countries. Majority of visitors were from Italy (12 per cent), followed by Germany (10 per cent), Turkey (9 per cent), India (8 per cent), Spain (7 per cent) and Portugal (4 per cent).
The fair had around 1,717 exhibitors from 45 countries exhibiting their products to over 100,000 visitors from 137 countries.
The company showcased solutions dedicated to the field of knitting, weaving, felting, tufting, carding and sewing. Also, on display was its cross-divisional and cross-product range offered by the Groz-Beckert Academy and the Technology and Development Center (TEZ).
Moreover, the concept included an augmented reality-based innovation hub, where the visitors could have a better view of the entire range both in real and virtual. This ensured that the visitors leaving the Groz-Beckert booth had enjoyed a unique experience that builds positive synergy between them.
Guests also had the opportunity to take away their own personal memento at the Selfie Station in the tunnel at the booth, enabling them to become part of the Groz-Beckert campaign motifs.
Furthermore, a team of expert discussions provided important stimuli for the textile industry. The ITMA 2019 in Barcelona was a real success for Groz-Beckert and opened up new perspectives.
