Manufacturing for quality conscious brands like Pantaloon, Lifestyle, Arvind and Madura, Ludhiana based Yes Enterprises has recently entered the export market as well. To facilitate export business, the company has created a new identity Kalptaru Fashion and also setup a new factory of 100 machines. Navratan Sharma, Proprietor of both firms told Apparel Online, “We are working in the domestic market from last nine years and wanted to start something new. We have already sent two containers of tops and lowers to Gulf countries and received an enthusiastic response, so we decided to start an independent export division with new unit.” With the new venture, Sharma is expecting to export products worth Rs. 5 crore in the first year itself and his target is to cross Rs. 20 crore in the next two years.
