Indian textile house, Raghuvir Group located at Ahmedabad, Gujarat is all set to put in Rs. 10 crore to support its subsidiary, Raghuvir Lifestyle venture into offline retail. The textile house is doing this to double its garments and home textiles capabilities to 2 million units and 2 million sets, respectively.
Raghuvir Lifestyle entered into a licensing agreement with the Walt Disney Company to manufacture and retail home furnishings featuring nine characters, including Tinker bell, Avengers, Mickey Mouse and Cars in March this year.
Revealing about the agreement, Girish Agrawal, Raghuvir Group says, “We have tied up with Disney to launch single and double bed sheets based on the Disney and Marvel characters.”

The company has been into online retail through Homeshop18, Snapdeal, Flipkart, Amazon and FirstCry. Recently, its brand Uber Urban bagged the best seller award in the lifestyle category garnered by Flipkart on the Big Billion Day, 2015.
