Cocona Labs, the innovator behind 37.5 Technology, has established a Wholly Foreign-Owned Enterprise (WFOE) in Gurugram, Haryana, India, bolstered by a significant grant. This development highlights the company’s commitment to strengthening its footprint in the fast-growing Indian market.
The India WFOE aims to enhance Cocona Labs’ capabilities in the region, supporting local customers, partners, and expanding business operations. This initiative aligns with the company’s strategy to drive innovation and supply chain efficiency.
CEO Jeff Bowman emphasised the strategic importance of this expansion. “India offers immense growth opportunities, and this WFOE allows us to better serve our customers while providing a more streamlined solution for brands sourcing 37.5 Technology materials locally,” he said.
Cocona Labs has been actively investing in India as a part of its long-term strategy, considering the dynamic economy and the need to diversify sourcing options beyond China. The establishment of this WFOE, supported by the grant, strengthens its ability to deliver sustainable thermoregulating technology to broader markets while catering to the evolving needs of its partners.
