Elaborating on the same Oswal said, “We are happy that we would be able to serve our consumers better with the new volume of the shade card as I’ve always been a stern believer of reaching out to my consumer directly and supporting him inall ways possible. Their complaints, compliments and support have always inspired us to work and grow better.”
He recalled an incident which highlighted his relationship with customers. “On one such occasion where a client was not happy with our product delivery, I met the client myself and apologized for the inconvenience he had to face. After I interacted with him, we discussed future business propositions. The incident not only marked a good beginning of a new business opportunity, but also made us realize that we needed to work more on our packaging,” he said.
Rangoli, which is a mélange yarn that can be used for both woven and knitted applications, is now available in thousand colours. With its wide choice of colours it will be possible for the designers to play a lot with their designs. The industry present at the occasion was enthralled at the displays and many were seen studying the colour cards. “We will continue to give industry solutions and look forward to their feedbacks,” concluded Oswal.
