
Jaipur (India)-based Paras Fashions is working to add a new factory where it will have almost 500 stitching and 50 specialized machines. The company, investing Rs. 8 crore in this initiative, is also working to add newer markets. Offering ladies, kids as well as men’s wear Paras Fashions currently has a good tie-up with job-workers, but at the new factory it will have all the facilities completely in-house.
Ravi Kumar Jain, Chief Manager of the organization told Apparel Resources,” Our new unit in 2,000 square metres area is under construction at Apparel Park, Mahal Yojna, Jaipur and hopefully in next 6 months production will start here. Not only stitching even value addition processes will also be a part of in-house production. These additions will strengthen us more in terms of quality, timely production as well as costing.” “With this new factory our production will be almost four times as currently we are producing 7,000 pieces per month so we should have good growth,” added Ravi.

The company working till now majorly with Japan is continuously hunting for the new buyers, especially from European markets and more orders, as in this year it participated in four international sourcing exhibitions. Simultaneously, it is changing its product development focus as till now its products were having feel of ethnic wear while now there will be more of western world.
