Delhi-based Mahesh Exports, exporting bags and garments to Europe and a few other countries, has gone for manufacturing printed bed sheets recently. The 15-year-old company has received its first order of 5 containers of these bed sheets from one of its existing European buyers; its FOB starts from Euro 2 and goes up to Euro 6.
“Though new, it’s an interesting initiative for us as it’s an easy product, so we are doing it without any difficulty. Apart from this, there’s no extra investment required for this. We are expecting more orders, and it may become a regular product for us,” shared Mukesh Kumar, Director of the company.
The firm, which outsources its stitching, is expecting normal business this year. The company mainly does screen printing on bed sheets
