It will take strict legal action in the nature of civil and criminal proceedings against them to stop misuse of using Mafatlal trademarks & logos and manufacturing/marketing of spurious goods. Mainly these illegal activities are taking place in Mumbai, Ichalkaranji, Bhiwandi, Ahamadabad, Bhilwara, Surat, Kerala and Erode, etc.
