Delhivery the logistics giant based in Delhi launches its location intelligence solution ‘LocateOne’. The company is trying to expand its software offerings on the OS1 platform the previous one being a delivery management solution ‘Dispatch One’.
Location One is an API-based location intelligence stack that ensures accurate and quality address data, improves rooftop accuracy and helps reduce address fraud across retail, CPG, e-commerce, fintech, banking and financial services.
The other delivery management solution for courier express parcel, Dispatch One was developed to centralise businesses, gain access to real-time visibility across orders and reduce operational costs through optimal resource utilisation. The company assures to build the latest solution for patented address disambiguation and address identification technology.
According to Kapil Bharati, Chief Technology Officer and Executive Director at Delhivery, “In line with our vision to become the operating system for commerce, we are thrilled to add more solutions to the OS1 platform. In august 2023, the company also launched a digital shipping platform ‘Delhivery One’ to meet the varied needs of MSMEs and large D2C e-commerce brands across the country.
Delhivery has done over 2 billion shipments with a customer base over 26,500 including large and small e-commerce participants, SMEs and other enterprises and brands.
