Stradivarius has opened a new boutique in Paris as part of its retail expansion strategy. It is situated in the Westfield Les Quatre Temps shopping centre, which is tucked away in the hip La Défense neighbourhood. This is the brand’s second location in the centre of Paris and its ninth location in the Île-de-France region.
A total of 910 square metres, of which 637 square metres are dedicated to retail space, the location highlights the brand’s new store concept, which has already been implemented in some of its most recent openings, including its grand flagship on Barcelona’s Paseo de Gracia and renovated locations like its iconic boutique on Madrid’s Gran Vía.
Dubbed “Wave,” this brand-new design stands out for its innovative approach and critical emphasis on sustainability as a component of the company’s social and environmental mission. With neutral colours like white, grey, beige, and ochre dominating the colour scheme, the establishment features minimalist design elements made of natural materials like lime made of mineral cement that decorate the walls to give them a unique feel.
The store’s commitment to environmental stewardship is further demonstrated by the LED lights that provide consistent illumination throughout the area and are connected to the internal Inergy platform, which centrally monitors electricity consumption and energy-efficient air conditioning. The drapes for the changing rooms are also made entirely of recycled materials that were obtained from industrial textile waste.
In addition, the store provides new features that are meant to improve the shopping experience for customers. These include self-checkout kiosks and its “click & collect” service, which are designed to make the buying process easier. There is also a location where used clothes are collected in an effort to prolong the life of clothing.
Founded in Barcelona in 1994, the youthful fashion brand has been part of the Inditex brand portfolio since 1999 alongside Zara, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Pull&Bear, Oysho, Lefties, and Zara Home.
