British womenswear supplier Sosandar Plc wraps up a successful trading period leading up to Christmas, achieving a new sales record in the third quarter of the 2023/24 financial year.
The company recorded sales of £ 14.3 million from October to December, marking a 23 per cent increase compared to the same quarter in the previous year. Sosandar achieved this growth by strategically limiting price discounts, consequently increasing the gross margin on a comparable basis.
In addition to the positive financial results, Sosandar Plc confirmed its expansion strategy, revealing plans to open its first brick-and-mortar stores in the UK this spring. The company aims to exceed £ 100 million in annual sales in the medium term.
With expectations aligned with market forecasts for the current financial year closing in March, Sosandar Plc anticipates maintaining its momentum in the final quarter, according to a released statement.
