Madame, a womenswear brand, has established its first store in Nagaland and its sixth exclusive brand outlet in Northeast India. The outlet, which sells a variety of party and casual clothing as well as accessories, is situated in Dimapur.
Madame’s executive director, Akhil Jain, expressed that the fashion-forward women of Nagaland have long been impressed with their distinctive style. He added that the opening of their first store in the region is a step toward offering their unique fashion collections to local customers. The brand is excited to be part of their fashion journey and looks forward to building a strong connection with customers in Dimapur and beyond.
Ruopfuzhano Whiso, a well-known local personality and fourth runner-up in Miss Universe 2024, conducted a ribbon-cutting ceremony to open the business.
With more than 170 exclusive brand stores dispersed throughout Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities in India, Madame was founded in 1993 as a women’s western clothing brand.
