The grand inauguration ceremony witnessed the presence of actor and Kannada Cinema director, Darling Krishna, along with Jasvinder Kataria, COO of Domestic Textiles at Grasim Industries, Aditya Birla Group.

SOKTAS presently retails through a network of over 3000 multi-brand fabric outlets across India.
In 2019, Grasim Industries completed the full acquisition of Soktas India, with an enterprise value amounting to Rs. 165 crore.
