Even as Bangladesh Government has started refunding money of the consumers stuck in various payment gateways, there does not seem much hope of Evaly customers getting their money soon.
According to media reports, the current Managing Director of Evaly Mahbub Kabir Milon, in a recent Facebook post, reportedly, claimed it would not be possible to return the same without access to the servers.
The post from Mahbub, reportedly, underlined without examining and cross-checking consumer records through a server app, it cannot be concluded if any claims have validity or not, even if it may be maintained here the refund process was halted following the arrest of Evaly’s former top brass Rassel as refund requests to the payment gateways that held the money in the escrow accounts were stopped as per the directive of the Government.
