
Womenswear brand Blissclub has announced two senior leadership appointments as part of its growth strategy. The company has named Kshitij Torka as Chief Business Officer and Sushma R Rao as Head of Marketing, signalling a renewed focus on scaling operations, strengthening community engagement and driving its next phase of expansion.
In his new role, Kshitij will oversee business strategy, operational efficiency and revenue growth. He brings extensive experience from leadership positions at Grofers (now Blinkit) and The Boston Consulting Group, where he played a key role in strategic expansion, brand building and operational transformation.
Sushma R Rao, who takes charge as Head of Marketing, has built her career across fashion, lifestyle and FMCG sectors. She most recently worked at Mullen Lintas Pvt Ltd, leading brand strategy for major national portfolios, including Tata Tea and GRT Jewellers. At Blissclub, she will lead marketing strategy, consumer insights and creative development to strengthen the brand’s presence.
Welcoming the appointments, Minu Margeret, Founder and CEO of Blissclub, said the addition of two seasoned leaders marked an important step in building the right foundation for the company’s future. She stated that their diverse expertise and perspectives would accelerate Blissclub’s mission to inspire more Indian women to move.

With these strategic appointments, Blissclub said it is reinforcing its focus on innovation, community building and category leadership in India’s fast-growing activewear market.
