The newly launched concept store reflects R&B’s emphasis on improving the customer experience. These stores are planned with contemporary retail components in mind, combining digital screens for improved interaction, logical planning for effortless navigation, and energy-efficient illumination that provides an upscale ambiance while reducing energy consumption.
Spanning 6,600 sq.ft., the Phoenix Marketcity store showcases R&B’s latest ranges, ranging from essentials to fashion forward trend-driven pieces. Customers also have access to the entire range online, ensuring an omnichannel presence. Having built a strong presence already in Karnataka, Kerala, Telangana, Gujarat, and Maharashtra, R&B is now set to expand into new regions, including Delhi and Chennai.
