Outzidr, a Gen Z women-focused fashion brand, has secured US $ 3.1 million in a funding round led by early-stage venture capital firm RTP Global, with continued support from existing investor Stellaris Venture Partners.
The Bengaluru-based company plans to utilise the fresh capital to scale its operations, open offline retail outlets by March 2026, and introduce a rapid delivery segment.
Established in 2024, Outzidr operates as a D2C online fashion brand, catering to young women through its own digital platform. It also sells its products on popular e-commerce marketplaces such as Myntra, Ajio, and Nykaa Fashion, along with quick commerce platforms like Slikk Club (Bengaluru) and Knot (Mumbai).
Although the brand has only been operational for five to six months, it has already served more than 125,000 customers and is on course to achieve an annualised revenue of Rs. 100 crore (US $ 11.65 million) by the end of the year, according to co-founder and CEO Nirmal Jain.
Outzidr was founded by Nirmal Jain, Mani Kant Mani, and Justin Mario—all industry professionals with experience at fashion and retail companies such as STYLI, Myntra, and Max Fashion.
RTP Global’s Director, Pavitra Gupta, noted that the firm is enthusiastic about supporting Outzidr, highlighting the founding team’s strong operational background and deep insight into Gen Z consumer preferences.
Prior to this round, Outzidr raised US $ 3.5 million in seed funding from Stellaris Venture Partners, bringing its total funding to US $ 6.6 million. Mayank Jain, Principal at Stellaris Venture Partners, emphasised that their investment began at the idea stage, and they have since observed how strong customer engagement has translated into high repeat purchase rates.
To address the challenge of high return rates typical in the fashion sector, Outzidr has adopted a ‘test and scale’ model. Under this approach, the brand launches new styles in very limited quantities—sometimes as few as 10 pieces—to assess customer response. The company uses indicators such as click-throughs, wishlist additions, and cart activity to gauge demand via a proprietary demand sensing engine. Based on these insights, it scales up production for popular styles.
Outzidr competes with other Gen Z-oriented fashion brands such as Newme, Urbanic, and Campus Sutra, particularly in the western wear segment.
