The flagship store of Canadian performance clothing, accessories, and footwear manufacturer Lululemon has doubled in size and moved to a new site a few doors down Regent Street in London.
The 8,923 square foot, two-story store, which was formerly home to the American fashion brand Michael Kors, is Lululemon’s largest location in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
The flagship store was created to highlight Lululemon’s entire product line, including its apparel and accessories for yoga, running, and training for both men and women, as well as its expanding line of bags and shoes and lifestyle products.
Among its distinctive features are the largest selection of menswear in the region, which takes up the entire second floor, the brand’s largest-ever “pant wall” in Europe, which showcases Luluemon’s collection of leggings and trousers, including its best-selling Align style, a station for personalising water bottles, and a staircase light feature that changes colour based on the time of day.
With more than 20 of its 51 locations throughout EMEA, including 11 in London, Vancouver-based Lululemon claims that the UK is a significant market for the company. The Regent Street store is anticipated to rank among the brand’s best-performing sites.
