Agilitas Sports, an athleisure sportswear business based in Bengaluru, announced on social media that Rachel B has been named senior director of garment design and creation. Rachel will be in charge of the company’s performance wear division and will supervise the design and development phase.
“I am thrilled to share that earlier this month I joined Agilitas as senior director – apparel design and creation,” Rachel said in a LinkedIn post.
Having designed several performance athletic, fitness, and sports fashion lines for men, women, and juniors for more than 12 years, Rachel has held positions at ZXY International and Castore.
“Rachel brings extensive design experience across various sporting and fitness ranges,” Agilitas Sports wrote in a LinkedIn post. “Rachel will lead our sports performance apparel initiatives, driving excellence and innovation on and off the field.”
In 2023, Abhishek Ganguly—a former managing director of Puma India and South-East Asia—co-founded Agilitas Sports alongside Atul Bajaj and Amit Prabhu.
Mochiko Shoes Pvt Ltd., an Indian sports footwear manufacturer that produces goods for Adidas, Puma, New Balance, Skechers, Reebok, Asics, Crocs, Decathlon, Clarks, and US Polo, has been acquired by the firm.
