
The Heinemann Group’s retail division is about to launch a range of beauty, fashion, and lifestyle products at the Noida International Airport. This global venture, in collaboration with BWC Forwarders Private Limited, has gained the duty-free segment allowance at the airport.
As per the latest report, the airport authority stated, “Noida International Airport has given the concession for retail and duty-free operations to a group led by Heinemann Asia Pacific and BWC Forwarders Private Limited.” The statement further elucidated that Heinemann will administer the duty-free operations, whereas BWC Forwarders will watch over master concessions for domestic and international retail.
Marvin von Plato, CEO of Heinemann Asia Pacific, articulated the company’s intention to reinforce its presence in India besides BWC Forwarders in the long run. He stressed on the goal of setting up an exceptional retail environment at the Noida International Airport.
The airport, set to begin operations in October, is poised to present a seamless mix of duty-free and retail shopping experiences, catering to the various needs of travellers, according to Christoph Schnellmann, CEO of Noida International Airport.
