The powerful nesting algorithm to lay out parts of the fabric allows maximum material usage and automatically creates production markers. It also allows the users to create their individual markers.
The software automates the entire digital cutting process from materials capture, to creating production markers and facilitating parts’ removal.
The technology works same for patterned, plain or digitally printed fabric starting with a camera system that helps in capturing the material position and dimension.
In case of a printed textile application, an overall-cutter camera (OCC) system captures all registration marks simultaneously. In cases where no registered marks are present, the OCC can alternatively record the position of images based on printed outlines.
Moreover, in case there is no cut data available then the MindCut Studio has an option to generate them automatically. The material defects can be marked in advance to avoid being noticed only after cutting.
Furthermore all the standardised data can be automatically imported and processed.
The software allows quick and efficient removal of parts helping the operator identify each piece unmistakably. For this, the MindCut Studio offers colour coding and part information both projected onto the cut pieces and displayed on the monitor.
