While fairs like CISMA are the best occasions to launch new products, the pioneer in providing automated solutions for a wide range of applications, Loiva was present with its already popular range of button feeder and auto-jig sewing machines, along with solutions from Sakho, H&H and Martin, highlighting the consistency in its product range, which further goes on to define the quality and performance of each and every machine. Giving a reason for the same, Anshuman Dash, Heading the Indian Operations of Loiva asserted, “Loiva, Nissin, Sakho, Martin and H&H are together a family of solution providers, so we do not call ourselves machine dealers anymore. This type of a relationship makes success certain for both Loiva and the principal brands, as when the machines are modified as per our deep knowledge of the customer requirements, they become suitable solutions for all.”
Anshuman believes this passion and commitment towards his brands is what makes possible growth, year after year for Loiva. “Dealers all over the world are selling numerous brands, due to which a single brand is never been given the optimum thrust by any dealer, as their sole agenda is to sell machine without any brand loyalty. But in our case, we only have these 5 brands, each unique in their application, which automatically increases the thrust on each as they are my only products,” adds Anshuman, whose success can be defined by the annual business of US $ 8,00,000 done by the company, with such a focused product profile.
One of the greatest advantages of the X1000 KEL Fusing machine is the ease of maintenance as a novice can also easily open the side panels of the machine. The machine is equipped with an upper and lower heating system with 2 independent electronic thermostats at the entry, preheating and exit zone.
A cost-effective alternative to investing in expensive button holing and sewing indexers, are the SA-5800 BH indexer attachment for buttonholing and SA-5800 BS indexer attachment for button sewing. The complete apparatus is equipped with a multi-function LCD screen, automatic fabric detectors and finished part stacker. Developed by Sakho (Loiva’s sister concern), the indexer attachment can sew 7 button holes in a matter of just 25 seconds and 6 buttons in 12 seconds (when the buttonholing machine is equipped with the ST-12 button feeder device).
Besides the button indexer units for button sewing and holing from Sakho, the X1000 KEL Fusing Machines from Italy-based Martin Group drew good number of queries at the CISMA show. Martin Group has been manufacturing fusing machines for a wide variety of sewn products for the past 40 years, acquiring a niche in not only the machines but also in manufacturing all its spare parts like belts, stacker, etc. The X1000 fusing machine is equipped with an upper and lower heating system with 2 independent electronic thermostats at the entry, preheating and exit zone. The heating top has 9 resistive elements which allow the use of lower temperatures or of a shorter manufacturing time. With the unique reverse feeding option, operators can make the belt work in reverse in case they have inserted a wrongly placed piece or a metal object has accidently gone with the pieces.
“One of the greatest advantages of the machine is the ease of maintenance as a novice can also easily open the side panels of the machine,” concluded Anshuman, while demonstrating how easily the right and left panels can be opened.
