One of the greatest advantages of the X1000 KEL Fusing machine is the ease of maintenance as a novice can also easily open the side panels of the machine. The machine is equipped with an upper and lower heating system with 2 independent electronic thermostats at the entry, preheating and exit zone.

Martin Group has been manufacturing fusing machines for a wide variety of sewn products for the past 40 years, acquiring a niche in not only the machines but also in manufacturing all its spare parts like belts, stacker, etc. The X1000 fusing machine is equipped with an upper and lower heating system with 2 independent electronic thermostats at the entry, preheating and exit zone. The heating top has 9 resistive elements which allow the use of lower temperatures or of a shorter manufacturing time. With the unique reverse feeding option, operators can make the belt work in reverse in case they have inserted a wrongly placed piece or a metal object has accidently gone with the pieces.
