For economical UBT (Under Bed Trimmer) Machine, GEM8801D1, equipped with function like direct drive power saving motor, round knife trimmer, thread wiper and needle positioning, the machine guarantees 25% reduction in labour costs. “I have spent the last one month in India and we did a survey in the market about the requirements of the end user wants. For this we visited about 25 factories in India and not only the people want energy efficient power saving machines, but they also want machines with under-bed trimmers, since the labour cost in India is also on the rise,” added Victor. He also added that the direction for R&D is undertaken keeping tap on the customer demands and the company invested 6% of its total revenue in R&D every year.
