The new super fibres developed by the researchers of Teijin Aramid driving innovation in smart clothing, automotive, healthcare and aerospace were awarded with the Paul Schlack prize by the European Man-made Fibres Association. The award was presented to Dr. Marcin Otto, Business Development Manager at Teijin Aramid for developing these carbon nanotubes (CNT) using super fibres that combine strength, robust handling and flexibility of textile fibres with high electrical and thermal conductivity of metals.
