Keeping the western world’s value in quality and innovation in mind, the focus for Navis TubeTex at the upcoming ITMA show will be on Pak Nit e3 along with the two work stations Pak Nit e3 Gemini model, where e3 signifies Eco-friendly, Ergonomic and Efficient – the three directions for technology today.
Pak Nit e3 is the redesigned Compaction Station with new Operator Control System. The system has improved machine maintenance functions for station set-up and operator functions for lot to lot changeover while the energy consumption has reduced.
The Pak Nit e3 Gemini is an innovative approach in knit finishing technology, wherein despite compacting at a speed of 100 metre/minute, it still compacts knit fabric to the desired feel with residual shrinkage of less than 2-3%.
Both these machines are endowed with the latest development to be introduced in the compactor machines, the CQC (Constant Quality Concentration) System. This system actively measures and controls chemical concentrations in a pad tank to maintain a desired chemical concentration in a pad mixture. This constant checking system reduces wastages, improves quality and profits for the knit and garment producer.
