Santex Textile Division will be putting up their latest knits finishing machines, Santasynpact at the upcoming international exhibition for textile machinery, ITMA 2015, from 12-19 November, in Milan.
With a combination of rubber belt shrinkage and felt belt compacting unit in one line with levelling frame at the entry, in the Santasynpact, long distances where fabric runs unsupported can be avoided, which can be an important factor where elongation and width variations need to be avoided. This new development is said to improve compaction results to 2 to 3 times higher speed than conventional felt compacting systems. To provide extra flexibility in fabric handling, independent left and right chain speeds, manual weft straightener, and independently variable central fabric support belt speed has been provided along with an option to adjust course angle.
