
A leading B2B media company and a key trade facilitator with Greater China, Global Sources launched the biggest fashion sourcing show in Hong Kong’s AsiaWorld-Expo on Wednesday, April 27.
An ideal platform for a whole range of suppliers and new products from across Asia in areas of Fashion Accessories & Footwear, Fashion Apparel & Fabrics, Underwear & Swimwear, the event will continue till April 30, with three separate shows dedicated to each of these three categories.
Over 1,500 booths, set up at AsiaWorld-Expo, will be drawing a large number of buyers from across the world, who will be able to source fashion products, including apparel, fashion jewellery, underwear and swimwear, bags and luggage, scarves, footwear and fabrics. The event is bringing together the top suppliers from mainland China, India, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam and across Asia.
Dedicated brand walls have also been set up to help 330 ODM/OBM suppliers promote their own designs and brands.
“With an eye on market trends, we strive to help buyers discover items that will be hot in the coming months. We also adapt the show to match demand for specific product categories,” President of Global Sources Fashion Group, Livia Yip, said, adding: “By connecting the traditional and the new, the experienced and the young, Global Sources aims to create a fashion ecosystem to help manufacturers move up the value chain.”
The other highlights of the show are the Footwear pavilion, Young Designers Corner, Fashion Technology Corner, Rising Designers Corner, ASEAN Select, Amazon Cross-Border Sellers Salon & Meetup, Analyst’s Choice, Trends Forum and Fashion Parades.
