As many of the fashion week organising bodies are exploring digital options due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Copenhagen Fashion Week has unveiled their decision to stick with physical shows along with fresh dates for the Spring/Summer 2021.
The event is supposed to take place from 9 to 12 August 2020 which is a five day postponement from the original dates.
The partnering organisations Dansk Fashion & Textile and WEAR have supported the decision of having physical fashion shows.
The organising body credited the decision to the fast recovery of the Danish society while they have claimed to ensure that all the activities will be set up to meet applicable regulatory requirements.
Last month, it was announced that London Fashion Week would go digital along with haute couture week of Paris.
