Confederation of Indian Textiles Industries (CITI) Global Textiles Conclave will have more than 30 stalwart speakers from across globe. Themed as ‘Disruptions and Innovations for Sustainable Growth’, the event is scheduled to take place on 27th and 28th November,2018 at Delhi. Sanjay Jain, Chairman, CITI said the prestigious conference is a celebration of six decades of CITI and will see participation of over 100 key global delegates from Farm to Fashion.
Suresh Prabhu, Minister of Commerce & Industry and Civil Aviation and Textiles Minister Smriti Irani have confirmed their participation in the conference while PM Narendra Modi and Vice President M. Venkaiah Naidu can also address the event.
From the industry, speakers like Dr. Christian Schindler, DG, International Textile Manufacturers Federation (ITMF), Switzerland; Kihak Sung, Chairman, Korea Federations of Textiles Industries (KOFOTI), Korea; Han Bekke, President, International Apparel Federation (IAF), Netherlands; Md. Siddiqur Rahman, President, Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA) and Thomas Gries, ITA, RWTH Aachen University, Germany, from all spheres, will address the event.
Representing Indian apparel manufacturing and retail industry, Punit Lalbhai, ED, Arvind Ltd; HKL Magu, Chairman, AEPC; Rahul Mehta, President, CMAI; Gautam Nair, MD, Matrix Clothing; Nitin Mohan, Founder & Director, Blackberrys; Siddhartha Bindra, MD, BIBA Apparels; SK Gupta, President, Corporate, Raymond Ltd. will also share their views.
