
INDA, the US-based Association of the Non-woven Fabrics Industry, has announced that it will co-organize the second edition of the China International Nonwovens Expo & Forum (CiNE). CiNE, which is a platform for domestic and foreign experts and entrepreneurs to have in-depth analysis and new opportunities in the Chinese market. The biennial event is scheduled to be held from June 21-23, 2017, in Shanghai, China.
Along with INDA, The China Nonwovens & Industrial Textiles Association (CNITA), China Council for the Promotion of International Trade’s Sub-Council of Textile Industry (CCPIT-TEX), and Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd. are also co-organizing this global event. The first edition of the fair, held in 2015, attracted over 4,800 visitors with 85 exhibits displaying the latest technologies and innovations in the non-woven segment.

It may be noted that China is the world’s largest producer, exporting country and the largest consumer market for non-woven fabrics and in the past decade the country has made considerable progress in non-woven clothing sector. This year’s event will attract thousands of multinationals that supply raw materials, machinery and equipment, non-woven roll or matt goods as well as converters, brand owners, and consultants with a sole focus on engineered materials.
