In order to boost bilateral trade with Czech Republic, representatives of Hanoi apparel and footwear industry met Czech entrepreneurs at a trade promotion workshop in Prague, with the aim of re-entering the Eastern Europe. Textile and apparel industry being the second biggest earner of Vietnam, Hanoi earned US $ 11 billion from total shipments in 2014 which had US $ 1.6 billion worth of textile and apparels.
The Czech customers are going to enjoy good quality Vietnamese products, while Vietnam needs high-quality equipment and machinery from Czech Republic.
