Smike Gupta, CEO of the company told Apparel Online, “We are hiring totally fresh and minimum Xth pass boys and girls, and training them on special operations. They shall recruit them directly after training, so we are giving them full wages from day one. Skata has very good knowledge and experience of manufacturing in Japan and China so training is giving good results.”
